One of the worst things that can happen to you is littered Inbox. Look at that thing from this angle: when classical mail or fax arrives at your table, you look at who it's from and place them in the appropriate folder or registry. On this way you create archives of your business correspondence. If you help them at the beginning, "the little people in the computer" will scheduler letter for you, and do many other useful things.
Consider first a logical arrangement of your correspondence. How many companies do you cooperate?
What people e-mail to you, and who you're talking about? Then access the forming system folder just like when you organize a schedule of documents on your hard disk. The simplest is that in the Folder List window right-click on the folder to be branches, and in the dialog box enter a name for the new folder and specifying the type of content that will accommodated in it.
The rest is just to specify which messages goes where. Define feature by which messages will be recognized, and then housed at the preset folder, and then determine folder for that. Properties to identify the message are addresses or keywords in their subject or in the very bodies of messages.
You can set the system to notify you of the arrival of an important message from someone. This and more advanced settings can be made via option Tools - Organize that allows you to manipulate the messages in different folders. Try it, adjust the system until it worked best for the benefit of your business.
It happens that someone’s e-mails you do not want to receive. When you receive such a message, highlight it and select Actios - Junk E-mail - Add to Junk Senders List. All future messages from the respective address will go to the virtual trash can.
